Holy Home Improvement Crossovers, Batman!

I recently watched an episode of the Batman animated series, The Laughing Fish, and noticed that at one point Joker tries to hit Batman with a wrench from a Binford Tool box. I rather like the idea of them being in the same universe - and Superman too, of course!
