FDK Wishes Granted - Rivals

Starting the thread.

Had a hard time getting my muse to co-operate with me.  He wanted to go all angsty on me.   I thought I was never going to get him to compromise with me. 


Anyway, I would love to hear what ya think.

Wheh.
Richard's sneaking suspicions quickly ramped up into paranoia rather quickly.
However, in Richard's defense, that could be because of the differences between Terran Human and Kryptonian Human neurological biochemistries. He simply isn't used to thinking with that particular brain.

Ha ha you caught that did ya.  Yes Richard even said there at the end that he didn't understand why he was acting like that.  He is getting out of control and is having a difficult time remaining calm, his mind is in a strange inhuman extremely powerful body and yes it is affecting the way he thinks and responds.  Plus he has not had any training and has never had to worry about being careful with fragil humans either. 

He also has never experienced anything like this before. He may love horror movies...but only as long as he is just sitting on the sofa with a nice glass of red wine.

I am really enjoying this story.

I am begining to feel sorry for Richard. He has never felt or behaved that way. Absolute power corrupts. And now he has to learn how to control it. That is providing he doesn't destroy Superman first.

And poor Clark, getting knocked out twice. Poor man

I hope your muse continues to work with you. Because I would like to read more.

Thanks Windancer.

I am gald you understood what I was going for.  Actually my muse wanted to go down the whole absolute power corrupts absolutely but I managed to pull him back and I think he will work with me in not only saving Richard but maybe getting the two men back to being friends.  We'll have to see about that.   Wink
