The weirdest dilemma in parenting: how to ground your kids after they've just saved your life...

Wow, I just caught up with this fic.  Wanted to see what all the hubbub was about and glad I finally took the plunge.

This is great!  Love the whole story and that Superman had a REAL reason for abandoning earth to go on that mission. 

I love the idea of his having to raise what would have been his 'older cousin' as his daughter.  That is such a cool concept. 

I also love how you gave Jason an older sister.  (I have done that as well) 

Wow, I was really surprised that you had the two kids rescue Lois and Richard.  I felt really really bad that he had to learn the truth in that manner.  I mean it was sorta public what with Lt Daniels there and all.  Poor Richard.  How is he going to react?  How is Lt Daniels going to react.

I would also love to see more of how Perry and Ron are going to handle the situation.  Is Ron going to tell Lucy?  Hmmmm, is Perry going to stay mum or will he let Lois and Clark know he knows? 

So many questions  and now I have to wait till next week to get any answers.   That is the bad part of coming late to the party.  Sooner or later you catch up and you have been totally spoiled not having to wait and then...you do.

Though I was clear from the start that he'd leave to rescue Kara, determining her age wasn't quite so easy.  I settled on a young Kara because that would be so much more responsibility for Kal-El than if she'd been a mostly independent teenager.  I think it made the story more interesting.
