Yeah, Luthor's a dead man.

If Kal doesn't do it, and Lois doesn't, there's no way he won't get the death penalty for this. He's now directly responsible for at least three direct murders (his henchmen) plus dozens more at each bombing scene.

Well Luthor may certainly deserve an unpleasant end, or perhaps wish for it by the time we get to the end.  We'll simply have to wait and see how the wheels of justice turn.

There are certainly a lot of possibilities to entertain here...
